We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer who can turn business problems into production-grade AI solutions. You will work across the full ML lifecycle — from data collection and model fine-tuning to deployment and monitoring — while collaborating with engineering, product, and client teams to ship AI features that deliver real impact.
Requirements
- Fine-tune large language models using LoRA, PEFT, RLHF, and other alignment techniques for domain-specific use cases
- Build and deploy RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-modal AI systems in production
- Design evaluation frameworks to measure model quality, hallucination rates, and task performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and quickly evaluate new models and techniques
What do we expect?
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI engineering, with at least 1 year focused on generative AI and LLMs
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and model scaling laws
- Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow)
- Experience deploying models via REST APIs, containerized services, or serverless infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
