We are looking for a Client Success Executive to own the post-sales relationship with our customers. You will be the bridge between our clients and our delivery teams, ensuring that every customer achieves their desired outcomes while identifying opportunities for account growth.
What we expect of you
- 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role (account management, customer success, or service coordination)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts after they go live
- Proactively monitor customer health, identify risks, and drive retention
- Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with the sales team on renewals and upsells
- Manage customer onboarding, delivery milestones, and successful exits
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account status
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights
