Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager having experience in Software Sales. We are looking for a motivated person who can start off and be a wonderful part of this Team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • True sales hunter with clearly defined targets and achievements.
  • Planning and execution of sales cycles (Customer proposal, Tender Proposal, Follow up, Sales and purchasing paper work and Closure).
  • Build, manage and track the sales pipeline.
  • Capture leads outside of specialization and use closed-loop lead management to ensure assignment and follow-up by others.
  • Evolve different strategies for business development and improvement
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in various markets
  • Disciplined in business management; build a strong and active business network; meets sales targets and operational standards.

Preferred skills

  • Should have experience in customer facing roles
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Should have at least 1.5 years of experience
